FAQs

How Do I Select A Class?
Our first priority is to place children where they will progress and succeed, with the day and time of the class secondary.
Please try to be flexible with scheduling so your child can make the most of their dance experience.

Dancers are placed in a level according to age and/or ability.
If, at any time, the teacher feels the placement is incorrect, parents will be notified, and the situation will be rectified.

What If I Miss A Class?
We trust you to make the decision whether or not to come to dance class if your child is not feeling well.

If your child has a fever or active illness that may be contagious, please do not send them to class.

If a child is injured and cannot participate in class, but is still healthy enough to attend,
we recommend they come to class to watch so they do not fall behind.

If your dancer misses a significant number of classes and feels they would like to spend extra time with one of the instructors, that can be arranged directly through our Director, Miss Vyju.

Please email her with times that your child is available.
The fee for this additional instruction will be added to your account, and your statement will be emailed to you.

Where Do We Wait?
Before class:
Students should wait silently in our waiting areas or hallway for their class to begin.

Parents/guardians should wait in the designated waiting areas.

During class:
Students are not allowed to enter or leave the studio without permission of their teacher.
Parents, guardians and friends are allowed to sit in the waiting area and must remain quiet at all times.

After class:
Students will be dismissed from by their instructor. Please wait at the studio door or the studio waiting area for your child to exit.

For safety reasons, students must not leave without a parent/guardian.
